Anthony Necochea joins the program after playing 4 years of collegiate baseball at Valley City State University where he hit a career 194 hits (6th most all time at VCSU) as well as being the single season hits leader (81), and a gold glove recipient in the outfield.

After college Anthony spent a year coaching at his alma mater followed by two years coaching high school baseball for Fryeburg Academy in the state of Maine, which then led him to coach 4 years at the youth travel level in the Kansas City area for Building Champions.
