Danny Lake - Owner / General Manager, Mac N Seitz Baseball Club
Our Owner and General Manager, Danny Lake, is born and raised in Kansas City, MO.
Danny's story really highlights his deep roots in the Kansas City community and his dedication to the game of baseball. From playing in NKCA as a youth to becoming a key figure in the Lee's Summit Baseball Association as a Board member for ten years and serving as Board President for five years, it’s clear that baseball has always been a big part of his life. He took over Mac N Seitz with the goal of rebuilding and elevating the brand, while keeping the focus on teaching players not only baseball skills through development, but life lessons and values through teamwork.
The organization continues its vision, blending development with fun, which is key to keeping kids and players engaged and growing in the game they love!

Will Gorden - Director of Youth Teams + Programs
Will worked for MLB - China, for a year and a half. He was the Head Coach of the Development Center where he coached players from 11-18 years of age. Prior to coaching in China he was the Head Baseball Coach at Bishop Miege High School in Kansas. Will was also the Head Baseball Coach at Shawnee Mission East High School for 7 seasons, with three state tournament appearances and three straight Regional Championships.
Will is currently the Director of Youth Teams & Programs at Mac N Seitz, and the Head Baseball Coach at Rockhurst High School.
Nik Crouch - Director of High School Teams + Recruiting
Nik graduated from Vanguard University in 2005, and was a 26th Round Draft Pick of the Chicago Cubs that season. After his time with the Cubs, Nik was part of the Baseball Operations staff for the University of San Diego. He also served as the Hitting and Catching Coach at Vanguard University.
Nik came to Mac N Seitz as the Youth Coordinator in 2019. He was promoted to the Director of High School Teams that same season. Nik continues to oversee the High School teams and programs in his current role.

Our High School Coaching Staff comes from the Professional and Collegiate ranks with 40+ years of high-level coaching among them.
Our instructors, many of whom are former Professional and Collegiate players, offer private, one-on-one instruction in the areas of Pitching, Hitting, Fielding and Catching.
